*Proof of Student/Post Doc Status is required during the online registration process if you are not an ASN member. Please provide your valid official photo identification or an official letter from your university/organization that indicates proof of status as a Student/Post Doc. Undergraduates who are currently waiting to start medical or graduate school (within the last 5 years) and are working in a university are eligible to get student rate with a copy of employment ID.

*ASN Members residing in Mexico, Central America, South America, US Possessions and the Caribbean are eligible to register for the Low-Middle Income Countries category.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in ASN 2026 constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the organizer’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes. 

By allowing an exhibitor/sponsor to scan my badge, you will be consenting to your contact information being shared with that exhibitor/sponsor (name, job title, organization, city, country & email). Should you not wish to share your personal information with an exhibitor/sponsor, there is no obligation to allow your badge to be scanned by these parties. Please note: Badge scanning for access by the Meeting Organizer may be required and your information will remain confidential. 

Please note: Payment must be received by the end of each registration deadline in order to receive the rate. Registration rates will automatically change to the next registration rate if not received in full. 

Registration cancellations received in writing at the ASN 2026 Annual Meeting Secretariat’s email address by February 13, 2026, will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a USD 100.00 administrative fee, as per Committee policy. Cancellations received after February 13, 2026, will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original attendee’s registration via the confirmation letter and replacing with the new attendee. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Meeting. 

In the unlikely event that the Meeting is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded. 

Registration cancellations received in writing at the ISLB 2023 Conference Secretariat’s address by September 8, 2023 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a EURO 150.00 administrative fee, as per Committee policy. Cancellations received after September 8, 2023 will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original delegate’s registration via the confirmation letter and replacing with the new delegate. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference.

In the unlikely event that the Conference is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.

It is the delegate’s responsibility to determine his/her requirements for entry into the United States.

An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a Visitor Visa and authorization to enter the United States will be issued to you ONLY after your registration has been completed and full payment received by the Meeting Planner.  Further instructions on how to obtain your Invitation Letter will be provided during the registration process. 

The Meeting Secretariat cannot accept liability for injuries or losses arising from accidents or other situations during or as a consequence of attending the 55th Annual ASN Meeting. In addition, the Meeting Secretariat is not liable for presentation cancellations or session delays that are beyond their reasonable control.
